We bow...Well, I'm 55 and I do a lot of walking. We bowl every Thrusday night. So I'm not totally out of shape. Its just that they had us doing stuff, that I have not done since grade school. Folks have heart attacks doing a lot less, if they have not been active for awhile.I don't mean to be so negative, just concerned,but you should take up walking for awhile to strengthen your leg muscles a bit first.I don't know your age, but, I do know the situation you're in.
